Newsome Psychological Services is a clinical and forensic group practice comprised of a team of compassionate, purpose driven licensed mental health professionals dedicated to providing best practice services to its diverse clients and lead by enthusiastic, talented operations personnel whose warmth and knowledge contributes to the welcoming and respectful practice environment.

Providing compassionate, science-based, clinical and forensic services since 2004, Newsome Psychological Services has created a clinical experience that values team members, gives them the support to focus on and apply that for which they were trained, and flexibility and control of client scheduling that allows for the pursuit of a healthy work-life balance.

As a team member of Newsome Psychological Services, you will benefit from access to peer support and consultation, monthly gatherings to discuss process improvements, clinical and support needs, or in-service trainings.  With the rising demand for behavioral health and forensic services, Newsome Psychological Services is currently looking to expand its team.  Above all else, the practice is in search of licensed behavioral health professionals who can add to the NPS culture and who possess clinical and evaluation expertise to support the diverse needs of the persons we serve.

Specifically, Newsome Psychological Services is looking for NJ Licensed providers to fill the following positions:

​

·         Therapist with experience working with children and adolescents.  Trauma-Informed CBT         training or certification is a plus.

​

·         Psychologist.  This person will have experience conducting forensic evaluations in family, criminal and civil court settings and/or first responder pre-employment & fitness for duty proceedings.

​

Full and Part-time positions are available.

​

NPS offers highly competitive compensation, dependent on experience, degree and training.  Paid time off and CE reimbursement is available for eligible team members.

​

Qualifications:  Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling or related field.  Active, unrestricted license in the State of NJ, or limited permit that allows for practice under supervision of an NJ licensed mental health professional

​
